First, the PAM awards took a one-year sabbatical. Now, the Golden Music Awards which were supposed to be an annual project, are also back.
After many had written them off, their 2010 edition is bouncing back, to be launched tonight at Club Volts on Entebbe Road. The awards gala is scheduled for December 17.
The organiser, local music promoter Abbey Musinguzi of Abitex, has stepped it up a notch, shifting the gala venue from Nakivubo Stadium to Speke Resort Munyonyo. Just watch this space for updates.
