Northern Fund Kicks Off

THE US$100m (over sh190b) World Bank funded Northern Uganda Social Action Fund (NUSAF) has finally kicked off.

THE US$100m (over sh190b) World Bank funded Northern Uganda Social Action Fund (NUSAF) has finally kicked off.
The project, funded through the International Development Association, is aimed at developing 18 northern Uganda districts.
They include Adjumani, Moyo, Arua, Yumbe, Nebbi, Gulu, Pader, Kitgum, Lira, Apac, Moroto, Kotido, Nakapiripirit, Kumi, Soroti and Kaberamaido, Moyo and Pallisa.
The implementation of the project, whose headquarters are in Gulu, started on March 17.
