NATIONAL weightlifting coach Ali Kavuma is happy his team of six men and three women has regained concentration after their various clubs offered to facilitate the players.

NATIONAL weightlifting coach Ali Kavuma is happy his team of six men and three women has regained concentration after their various clubs offered to facilitate the players.
Kavuma had earlier on complained of lack of concentration from the lifters because of starvation.
The team resumed vigorous training on Monday and hopes to go for their first test at the Olympic Day Run to be staged in Wakiso district on June 28.
Uganda is set to host Tanzania, Zanzibar, Pemba Kenya (DC) and Rwanda for the East Africa weightlifting championships in August. Ends
