KAMPALA — A man was yesterday morning hacked to death and his girl friend sustained injuries when an assailant attacked them. Fred Gubi, a city trader, met his death when the assailant attacked him as he returned home with Christine Namutebi. Jinja Road Police Station CID chief E.
