UGANDA’s best artiste of the year Jose Chameleon was scheduled to jet out of the country yesterday to take part in the 8th Kora All Africa Music Awards in South Africa.
Chameleon (right), who will be joined by Pastor George Okudi, will meet Bebe Cool, another artiste who left on Wednesday.

All the three were nominated with seven others in the Best East African Artiste category.
Isaac Mulindwa Jr, the chairman organising committee of the Pearl of Africa Music Awards, yesterday announced a comprehensive sponsorship package for the three artistes.

It includes air tickets, accommodation and living expenses as they take part in the prestigious awards at the Sandton Convention Centre.
