For the past few months word on the grapevine was that Nana Hostel, the tallest building on Sir Apollo Kaggwa Road, which stands out for its ambiance; belonged to Kainerugaba Muhoozi, the first son and former health minister Jim Muhwezi.

The truth is, the posh hostel belongs to Tom Kaya, an investor. Snoops have learnt that Kaya sunk shl7b into the 450-room hostel. Interestingly, Jim Muhwezi does have children staying in the hostel.
Kaya, also reportedly owns a chain of Nana hostels and a fleet of taxis named Kaki Investment. So, who is this guy?
