Soulful Gospel artiste Doreen Musiime and her affiliate Andrew Nsereko recently sealed their musical partnership with the launching of their duo album.

The album titled Nsaasira-Nkomyewo was launched at the Universal Church of the Kingdom of God in Nakasero. Like it happens at many gospel concerts, Musiime and Nsereko never escaped the low turn-out ‘syndrome,’ which has become the nightmare of every gospel artiste.

Their audience was extremely scanty, causing their concert to delay. All the same, the singing couple remained upbeat and managed to put up a good performance. The chief-guest, Pastor Wilson Bugembe asked Musiime and Nsereko not to despair when they face problems in their musical ministry.

He said the essence of gospel music was to preach the gospel and once the gospel is preached, blessing like money follow. Bugembe donated sh100,000 to the singing couple. After launching their album, Musiime and Nsereko also seized the opportunity to announce their wedding, which will take place later this month.
