Andre takes Christine to Michael who demands to know what she was doing at Julia’s house. She says she had gone to apologise for spying on Alfred. Michael says now that she has apologised, she can continue spying without anyone suspecting her. Michael wants to know what is going on between Jack and Julia. Caitlin tells Jack and Eric she suspects Pete is dead. She tells them about Steve’s scam and how Michael confessed that he killed him. Jack remembers one of the guards saying Pete came by the compound. He is convinced that something happened so he confronts Michael. Andre pulls the gun on Jack. Michael tells Andre to wait until Julia has left to kill Jack. Caroline interrupts them and wants to know why Jack is being held at gunpoint. Michael says he is going to fire him because he distrusts him. Caroline says she doesn’t want him fired. Meanwhile Jack tells Eric and Caitlin what he found out. What will they do?

When Carlos Eduardo sees Luisa Fernanda at the wedding with their son, he is shocked and does not answer the judge. Luisa Fernanda runs off and Carlos Eduardo follows her leaving Jennifer in disbelief. However, the police arrive at that moment and arrest him again. Marissa is angry with Luis Alejandro because he had not made Armando withdraw the charges. Marissa fires Armando for refusing to withdraw the charges against Carlos Eduardo. Marissa now distrusts Luis Alejandro, so she returns to the bank although she is still in a wheelchair. Luis Alejandro tells Armando he will find a way to get rid of her. Carlos Eduardo is released on bail after they go to another judge. His wedding to Jennifer is scheduled to take place immediately. Meanwhile, Pedro is accused of kidnap because Salvador’s parents were looking for him so he is sent to jail. Carlos Eduardo takes Luisa Fernanda to see Pedro and misses the wedding again. What will Jennifer do when she learns he was with Luisa again?

Erasmo is arrested. Sergio tells Fe that Gloria is pregnant. Fe is devastated but Sergio reassures her he will never leave her. Piedad tells Chan she never wants to see him again if he leaves with Berta. Meanwhile, Berta refuses to sleep with Chan because the hotel is filthy; she goes looking for an expensive apartment. Gloria goes to Houston but realises she is wanted by the authorities for negligence in her mother’s death and returns to Mexico. Fe visits Gloria and tells her she wants them to go to a different clinic to confirm her pregnancy. Sergio finds them arguing. Gloria bends over in pain and Fe thinks she is pretending. The doctor confirms that Gloria is pregnant. Fe freaks outs and tells Sergio that fate doesn’t want them to be together. Luicito collapses and at the hospital, the doctor tells his parents they need over $300m for an operation abroad. How will they find that amount of money?
