FORMER Champions Ngeye and Ffumbe will clash in front of Kabaka Muwenda Mutebi II as the annual Bika by’Abaganda soccer tournament kicks off at Nakivubo tomorrow
FORMER Champions Ngeye and Ffumbe will clash in front of Kabaka Muwenda Mutebi II as the annual Bika by’Abaganda soccer tournament kicks off at Nakivubo tomorrow.
Norman Katende reports that Kabaka Mutebi will be the chief guest at the opening ceremony which will feature a curtainraiser match between Owino and Kisekka market vendors.
Ffumbe last won the title in 2005 with a 1-0 win over Ndiga in the final.
Twenty-eight of the over 54 clans have entered the event sponsored by Kobil, Statewide Insurance, SunTrust, City Tyres, CBS, St. Mary’s Kitende and Lisa Medical Centre.
