- Last week, it was reported that Kisenyi 1 Parish in Kampala Central division had got a community hall. Few parishes in the country have such structures. They hold meetings in councillors’ or chairmen’s houses. I urge these areas to mobilise themselves to get such structures just like Kisenyi did.

New districts good
- At first, I was against the creation of new districts, but now I fully support it. Currently, 40 of the 94 districts are composed of a single county, while others like Masaka, Bushenyi, Wakiso, Luwero, Lira and Gulu are made up of several counties. As long as we have uniform district administrative structures, conflicts over funding will be reduced.
