THE Nkumba Marines should rediscover the winning feeling when they battle the Knight Riders in the MTN-FUBA men’s first division today at YMCA.

Timothy Odeke’s men have lost their last three matches, which has consequently seen them fall out of the top four for the first time in months.

Going into today’s contest, the Marines are sixth with 19 points, separated from the fourth-placed Miracle Eagles only by an inferior points average.

Therefore, victory over the Riders will take Nkumba back into the playoffs zone, although they would have played a game more than Miracle and KIU, who are also on 19 points.

The Riders are a hard-fighting bunch but should find the Marines too much to handle.

Even if this is an Entebbe derby, the outcome looks fairly predictable seeing as the Riders have won only two their previous 13 league matches.
