Hannington back in the game; more girls vie for him

I am thumping my chest in celebration. Hannington had lost it during his second week in the house. Now the Ugandan is arguably the most popular contestant on the M-Net reality show, his chances of winning the $200,000 jackpot very much alive.

Flashback – he made a move on Angola’s Emma. Emma fought off the temptation to give in. She went for the boring Jeremy from Kenya.

Hannington recoiled, becoming an irritant for a week. He even threw a tantrum at Tanzania’s Elizabeth for insinuating he had made a gay gesture. But then he picked himself up, dusted himself up and got back in the game; first by apologising to Elizabeth, next by hitting on Malawi’s Mzamo.
Monday night cemented his thing with Mzamo in an encounter that was more than just flirting.
Meanwhile, Emma kept tabs on our boy’s romantic progress. On Friday, Emma addressed Jeremy as Hannington, which, irked Jeremy. She confessed that she had realised that beneath the apparently rough Ugandan is a good boy, probably hoping Jeremy would throw her out so she continues with Hannington.
Unfortunately for Emma, Jeremy is still clinging. Meanwhile, Hannington is taking the approach Angola’s Ricco, last year’s winner, took.
After Mzaomo, he is now cosy with South Africa’s Liz Coka, who invited him to her bed Saturday night. This coziness follows a kiss the two shared on Thursday night owing to a truth-or-dare game. Interestingly, Liz was our evicted housemate Philbert’s love interest. Meanwhile, Zimbabwe’s Itai, whom many couldn’t wait to evict, is this week’s head of house after he won a quiz that required housemates Knowledge of Africa last week.
Pick up your copy of The New Vision tomorrow to find out who was evicted in Sunday’s eviction show.
