EDITOR—Residents of Kyebando, Kisalosalo Zone have had no power for almost two weeks! When we try to contact the Umeme call centres, all they tell us is the problem is being worked on and will be “sorted by next weekâ€.

Umeme should learn from the National Water and Sewerage Corporation which responds promptly to customers’ complaints. What is the use of call centres if nothing is done about customers’ complaints?
