We paid for the computers but have never seen them!

I am a student of St Lawrence University and I am disappointed with the way the university is doing its work!
I am a student of St Lawrence University and I am disappointed with the way the university is doing its work!
We paid computer user fee at the beginning of academic year 2007/08 so as to access the internet and all other computer facilities but up to now we have received nothing! And what is so disturbing is that there is no explanation at all about the matter. Lecturers give us coursework on different topics and refer us to the university library.
But the books in the library are not enough to serve the university population and besides, they are lent out all the time.
This means many students have to incur costs of travelling to well-stocked libraries and paying membership fees when the university has a library.
Access to the Internet would more than make up for the book deficiency. I appeal to the minister of Education who is a regular visitor to the university and the vice president who is the chancellor to intervene in the matter.
