Kampala University delaying our transcripts

EDITOR—On Monday, you published my complaint about delaying the issuance of our transcripts. However, I realised that you made a mistake. I wrote that I had been a student at Kampala University which has its main campus at Ggaba.

Instead what was published was Kampala International University. These are two different universities. The chancellor of Kampla University where I studied is Prof Edward Rugumayo while the vice chancellor is Prof. Kateregga. I was at the Masaka Campus.
