Dr. William Muhairwe said this during a visit for managers under the Water Operators Partnerships Africa Utility-2-Utility (u2u) Peer Support Programme conducted by NWSC.
“Many water providers around the world are grappling with the answer to sustainably providing water and sanitation services. NWSC is no exception to the challenges,†he said.
Muhairwe said according to the programme of the workshop, they were going to learn from each other.
“We shall share with you our experiences and focus on change management, decentralisation, leaderships and initiatives to serve the urban poor,†he said.
“I would also like to echo once more that NWSC is committed to strengthening south to south cooperation,†Muhairwe said.
