From Entebbe Airport on Tuesday, Joe was supposed to head to Club Rouge for a Meet and Greet session with journalists and members of the public at 10:30pm. Instead, he asked to be taken to his hotel room.
The star did not want to know that Ugandans were anxiously waiting for him. He turned up at 3:00am. But people like Junior Kazoora were still camped at the club. They were not about to sleep before meeting Joe.
