PRESIDENT Yoweri Museveni greets UPC President Miria Obote at the wedding of Solomon Rugunda, son of the new Uganda envoy to the UN Security Council, Ruhakana Rugunda last Saturday.

Her late husband, Obote, once said he was grooming Ruhakana to succeed him as president of UPC and he (Obote) was surprised when Ruhakana left to join Museveni.
