Why should we pay for the transcript and then pay for certifying it every time one is looking for a job? Isn’t the university transcript good enough to be trusted by employers?
If the university can’t produce reliable transcripts, why do they have to add a cost of sh3,000 every time one comes for a certification stamp? Please borrow a leaf from UNEB so as to save us from your exploitation.
