These men ride in the opposite direction even on one-way roads. They don’t respect traffic lights as well. What is surprising is that they do this even in the presence of traffic officers.
Are these men untouchable? Why don’t traffic officers raise a finger against them? If there is someone in charge, it is time to restore order in Kampala. The bodaboda men have become a menace. Joshua Waidha Kampala
