Kyaligonza, who is a pupil at Light of Life Primary School in Luweero, needs $13,700(about sh23.9m) to enable her undergo an open-heart surgery.
Dr. Zina Borissova, a cardiologist at Kampala International Hospital, explained that her condition can only be handled at the Madras Medical Mission in India.
Any financial assistance can be deposited on account No.1775930 in Barclays Bank Main Branch, Kampala in her names.
