BUGIRI - A mob recently beat to death a man suspected of being part of a gang that robbed a businessman, James Wandera, of sh1.3m and household property.

Isabirye Mapesa was lynched after he was reportedly found in possession of a stolen television.
The incident occurred at Magoola village in Buwunga sub-county. The Police said Mapesa was netted after he reportedly went out looking for a potential buyer of a television that had been stolen from Wandera’s home.
