DR. Lydia Mungherera has been appointed an alternate board member of the Global Fund to fight HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria.
Juan Jacobo Hernandezi, the general coordinator of the regional communication focal point of the Global Fund, said in a statement that mungherera would have a two-year term in office.
