PPDA to recommend remedial action

THE Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Authority (PPDA) will recommend remedial action against Procurement and Disposal Entities (PDEs) that flout pre-qualification guidelines, writes Vision Reporter.

The guidelines say among others that the PDEs must make a shortlist of suppliers and give all of them a fair and equal opportunity to supply.
