EXPRESS lead scorer Moses Aduni bears the task of taming unbeaten Kinyara in the Super League at Wankulukuku today.

The burly Aduni, who has scored twice in four matches, will partner international Hassan Mubiru, who returned from the CECAFA Senior Challenge Cup in Ethiopia last week.

If Express acting coach Kefa Kisala wins his fourth game since taking over from George Simwogerere, the Red Eagles will top the table.

“We are going for goals right from the first whistle. Tony Odur will back up Mubiru and Aduni. It’s a match we must win,” Kisala asserted.

Kisala added that his team would counter Kinyara’s physical game with pace.

“We have to be quick to avoid contact,” Kisala explained.

The youthful tactician has warned his defenders to avoid blunders in the encounter against coach Leo Adraa's side that has scored eight goals in three matches.

Kinyara’s Zamayoni Kwikwi, whose goal denied Express victory at Wankulukuku last season, will be out to haunt the hosts again. Adraa will look to Kwikwi and veteran Fred Makokha in a bid to torment his former club.

In Mbale, Heroes, who are suffering a poor start to the season, seeks to register its first victory when they host Bunamwaya.

Heroes, who early this week sacked coach Mathias Lule, certainly have an uphill task in their own backyard.

Heroes fired Lule following a dismal performance since the 17-team super league kicked off.

Club official Sulaiman Kiwanuka said they were under pressure from fans who blamed the coach for the team’s poor performance.

Heroes, the former giant killers especially on Mbale Municipal stadium home ground and twice cup winners, have collected just a point from four outings.

League debutants City Lads travel to Masaka hoping to rekindle the form that saw them upset Express in their season opener on November 26.
