Luweero LC5 chairperson Hajji Abdul Nadduli has described pro-small family advocates as myopic, reports Frederick Kiwanuka.
“They refuse to give birth to many children yet they known there is death. We have to produce to replace those who die everyday,” he said.
Nadduli, an outspoken advocate of large families, was speaking during the new-year party organised by the district medical department at Luweero Health Centre, recently.
He said Uganda’s population might decline if his campaign was ignored, adding that the country’s future was at stake if people did not produce many children.
