FANS that will turn up for the four-nation Challenge cup set for November 24-30 at Namboole stand a chance to win as assortment of prizes including a car, L-Sporto’s director Chris Anderson has revealed. The tournament will involve senior National teams of Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda and Iraq and is aimed at promoting sporting culture.

Gov’t pledge
The government has agreed to sponsor the modernisation of the pavilion at the King George VIII Stadium in Tororo and also build a concrete wall fence around the stadium. State sports minister Okello Oryem revealed during his adress to the people that had turned up for the Tororo district 42nd Independence celebrations at the ground.
