Forget the Uganda Population Census that took place in 2002, because my scouts tell me that was all trash. Apparently, the Association of Gays and Homosexuals in Uganda are carrying out their national population census!

To get counted, you have to get an invitation to a well-known gay restaurant hangout on Speke Road through a friend who knows you to be a gay. The invitation card is in sh5,000 note design with an elephant on the cover.
You then call cell phone number on 077 485 8** after, which you are given instructions as to where to meet and who you will be meeting. Once in, you are asked questions like in any other normal census that has been going on. On top of that, you also get an allowance of between sh10,000 and sh15,000 depending on your appearance.
