STARING at women’s breasts is good for men’s health and makes them live longer, a new survey has revealed.
Researchers have discovered that a 10-minute non-stop ogle at women’s breasts is as healthy as half an hour in a gym. This can save a man sh5,000 he would have spent in an aerobics session.
A five-year study of 200 men found those who enjoyed a long look at busty beauties had lower blood pressure, less heart disease and slower pulse rates compared to those, who did not get their daily eyeful.
Dr Karen Weatherby, who carried out the German research, wrote in the October New England Journal of Medicine; “Just 10 minutes of staring at the charms of a well-endowed female is roughly equivalent to a 30-minutes aerobics workout.â€
However, the breasts must be naked. When they are in a bra, it may take slightly longer to get the required result. And not all boobs. They must be those that can arouse sexual excitement.
“Sexual excitement gets the heart pumping and improves blood circulationâ€, he explained. “Our study indicates that engaging in this activity a few minutes daily cuts the risk of stroke and heart attack in half.
We believe by doing so consistently, an average man can extend his life four or five years.†And you still wonder why our naked ancestors lived longer?
