KAMPALA - African envoys accredited to Uganda have hailed Presidents Yoweri Museveni, Daniel arap Moi, Thabo Mbeki and the UN for helping diffuse crises in the war-torn Sudan and the DR Congo. Speaking on July 31, at the end of their monthly meeting hosted by the DRC Charge d’Affairs, the ambassadors said the leaders had brought peace, unity and development. Ends
