All permanent secretaries (PS) are to proceed to the National Leadership Institute, Kyakwanzi today, for a 10-day political education (chakamchaka) course.

All permanent secretaries (PS) are to proceed to the National Leadership Institute, Kyakwanzi today, for a 10-day political education (chakamchaka) course.
A statement signed by the Movement information director, Ofwono Opondo, said the course, to be conducted in three phases, will cover the NALI syllabus including arms and foots drills.
They will learn modern and strategic concepts and practices aimed at stimulating the public and private sectors.
The resource persons invited include President Yoweri Museveni, Vice- President Dr. Speciosa Kazibwe, Premier Prof. Apolo Nsibambi, First Deputy Premier Eriya Kategaya, university lecturers, management specialists like Bank of Uganda governor Tumusiime Mutebile and NALI staff officers.
