ENTEBBE — The Director of Public Prosecutions, Mr. Richard Butera, has said a special division to handle fraud is to be set up within the department. He was on Friday addressing State Attorneys at the end of their annual workshop held at Imperial Botanical Beach Hotel.

KAMPALA — Plans of re-developing the Middle East slums in Bugolobi, a city suburb, have stalled because the tenants have refused to vacate. The about 1,000 tenants want assurance from Kampala City Council that they would have access to the plots when the re-development is completed.
