By Jonathan Angura FORMER Pallisa district chairman Dr. Laban Kirya has vowed not to allow his outgoing council to hold a meeting reportedly to sack civil servants who never supported them in the local council elections.Civil servants in the district are panic stricken over the allegation. The meeting is reportedly scheduled for March 26. “Long timers in the council who contested and lost are turning their wrath on the civil servants especially departmental heads,” a source said.
