By John EremuTHE defiant headmistress of Kololo SS, Ms. Bazaire Kabumba, has finally left the school but her interdiction still stands, the Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Education and Sports, Francis Lubanga, has said.Lubanga told The New Vision he had not yet received Bazaire’s hand-over report to enable her case to be reviewed. “Public offices are not left like that. One has to account for the status of his or her department in a detailed hand-over report,” Lubanga said. Bazaire’s departure from the school followed the freezing of all the school accounts by the ministry.The ministry also warned suppliers dealing with her that they were doing so at their own risk.Ends
