KAMPALA — Three UPDF soldiers who allegedly robbed passengers in a Kampala-bound taxi in Nakasongola, were on Tuesday charged and remanded over robbery.
KAMPALA — Three UPDF soldiers who allegedly robbed passengers in a Kampala-bound taxi in Nakasongola, were on Tuesday charged and remanded over robbery. They appeared before Nakasongola Grade One Magistrate Esther Nambayo. They include Capt. Asuman Wandyaka, Capt. Robert Orombi and Cpl. David Ojara. Prosecutor Alex Awalo alleged that the three robbed sh15m from passengers of a taxi. Also charged were two civilians, Godfrey Sebisaalu and Sekajje, a fisherman.Ends
