KAMPALA — The city court Grade One Magistrate Deborah Wanume on Thursday sentenced three Alert Security Guards at Mulago Hospital to a fine of sh200,000 or six month imprisonment. Thomas Kibalama, 39, Robert Oluk, 32, and Steven Oloka, 25, were also ordered to pay sh50,000 each to Samson Lubowa whom they tortured at the hospital main gate. Ends
