The break through though came after 37 minutes when a Mutenza effort was cleared off the line by Simba’s central defender Peter Kavuma but the ball fell straight to the feet of Tabula who made no mistake.Mutenza was to later be foiled by the upright but his replacement Raul Lukusa stretched the margin beyond doubt. A pin point Bosco Nyeko cross found the unmarked Lukusa with acres of space to nod home the second goal deep in injury time.“We lacked the bite in the final third. So many chances were wasted,” said Simba’s Mike Mutebi. But his counterpart Abbey Nasur complemented his players whom he said had played to instructions.KCC are third on 48 points while Simba are in seventh.Defending champions SC Villa lead the 15-team table with a comfortable 61 points ten better that second placed Express. At Iganga’s Ssaza ground, visiting SCOUL held the hosts to a goal less draw. League action returns tonight with Express hosting Maji at Nakivubo while Mbarara play Military Nile at Kakyeka Stadium.
