Kingongo, who spoke in Luganda, at Dhuwa prayers in remembrance of Al-hajji Mahmood Katongole, father to UTODA chairman, Hajji Moses Katongole at the Katongoles home on Gayaza road in Kasangati, dismissed those questioning his whereabouts.

He singled out Mambo Bado, an open talkshow relayed live on Saturday by the Mengo-based Central Broadcasting Services (CBS) from a pub in Mengo.
