THE Government has been called upon to set up a system that would check morals in the teaching profession and stop the rampant examination malpractice.
Education departmental heads in Kabarole district made the call recently at a meeting of secondary school headteachers at Mucwa Chambers in Fort Portal.
The headteachers had convened to collect joint mock results for UCE and Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education. Ends
