Besigye querries Kapchorwa contract

By Rashid Muzungyo Presidential candidate Dr. Kiiza Besigye has told the people of Kapchorwa that the award of the contract for Sironko-Kapchorwa Road was done fraudulently. "The road contract was given to people in Government who include General Saleh. If all the money was used all roads in Kapchorwa would be tarmacked," Besigye told a rally in Kapchorwa town last Monday. "The man constructing the road is not the actual person who signed the contract. He is under pressure. There is no money," Besigye said. He told the gathering that the only way to solve such problems was to remove Museveni out of Goverment. Ends.
