BUGANDA ROAD – The warrant of arrest for Dan Byakutaga, the missing UPDF paymaster accused of embezzling over sh1b, was on Tuesday, extended to April 30. Magistrate Charles Kisakye extended the warrant for the sixth time, since the case opened on October 3, 2000.
