MPs Rap Bbumba

KAMPALA - The House committee on natural resources yesterday attacked energy and minerals minister Syda Bumba for keeping them "in the dark" about her ministry affairs. The committee, chaired by Aston Kajara, said there was need to improve the chain of communication for the smooth running of the ministry. Bumba and the Permanent Secretary, Kabagambe Kaliisa, had appeared to answer questions raised by the committee. Ends
