Ssebbanga Demoted

KAMPALA - The 12-year-old boy who was nearly starved to death by his parents, Enock Ssebbanga, has been demoted to P.2. The chairman of National Council for Children, the Rev. Kefa Ssempangi, said yesterday that Ssebbanga was demoted due to failure to cope with primary three work. "Ssebbanga's teachers were forced to demote him because he was not managing the work of P.3," Ssempangi said. Ssebbanga is at St. Paul Primary School, Mukono. Ends
