By J. Maseruka President Yoweri Museveni has congratulated the Kabaka and the Nnabagereka upon the birth of a princess. In a congratulatory message issued yesterday by Museveni's Press Secretary Hope Kivenjere, Museveni said, "The news of the royal birth was most gratifying." He wished the couple and the new-born princess good health and God's blessings. Museveni at the royal wedding in 1999 offered exotic cows to the couple and said their remaining task "olubimbi" was to produce children. The Mengo cabinet yesterday issued a resolution that said, "the birth of the princess has brought great joy to Baganda." Meanwhile, the Speaker of the Lukiiko, Sheikh Ali Kulumba, said although people were overjoyed by the birth, "Baganda are still anxiously waiting for the heir to the throne." He told The New Vision that "Baganda won't get tired of demanding for Mutebi's heir because "it is long over-due." Ends
