JINJA - A 19-year-old youth who broke into a stationary vehicle belonging to a south African and stole US$500 was sentenced to a three-year jail term on Friday. Fred Mutaka had earlier been convicted on two criminal counts that included stealing from a vehicle and being in possession of house breaking implements, by Grade One Magistrate Agnes Nkonge. Ends
