JINJA — Police have arrested a man for stabbing another in the stomach. Alamanzani Waiswa allegedly attacked James Agaba, suspecting him of having an affair with his wife. The district CID officer, Yolamu Mbabazi, said the suspect would be charged with attempted murder.
