By Frederick Kiwanuka MAJOR Jerome Bwende, made a fresh attack on Col. Kiiza Besigye on Friday, saying they (movementists) did not recognise him as a movement candidate. "Us in the movement have not yet sat down to select a candidate," Bwende, a military assistant to defence minister Steven Kavuma, said. He also said Besigye was like a chameleon and compared him to DP president, Paul Ssemogerere. "They behave like chameleons. We do not want people who behave like chameleons," he said. It was the second time this week that Bwende has attacked Besigye in an interview. Comparing Besigye to Ssemogerere, Bwende said the two served the movement government for a long time but started criticising it after they were dropped. Ends.
