MOSES Kipsiro is beaten by Wilson Kiprop in the 10000m final at the Africa Seniors Championship last year in Nairobi. Kipsiro has won the Athlete of the Year award on Saturday following his performance in the Commonwealth Games where he won gold in both 5000m and 10000m.
