TO maintain a good body and appropriate weight, I eat a lot of vegetable salad, fruits and fruit juice. I make cocktail juice comprising watermelon, grapes, carrots, apple and passion fruits.

TO maintain a good body and appropriate weight, I eat a lot of vegetable salad, fruits and fruit juice. I make cocktail juice comprising watermelon, grapes, carrots, apple and passion fruits.

I begin my day with a glass of juice and throughout the day I eat salad. This helps me maintain my desired body weight since the vegetables and fruits provide me with few calories and more of vitamins. I only take a three course meal on Sunday when I am at home.

Besides, I use a lot of energy when on stage. So dancing helps me trim the fat that dieting cannot shade off. I like hair extensions, especially the long bouncy synthetic ones because they give me a glamorous look and keep the curls longer. I clip the extensions on because it takes just a few minutes. I also use a spray to keep them fresh and shiny.

Besides, I wash my hair once a week using shampoo and lukewarm water. I allow the water to run through, and avoid tangling the extension.
