THE western Uganda region soccer authorities have stripped Fort Portal (Kabalore district) of rights of hosting this year’s mini league in favour of Mbarara.
THE western Uganda region soccer authorities have stripped Fort Portal (Kabalore district) of rights of hosting this year’s mini league in favour of Mbarara.
Western region football chairman Abbas Ssendyowa said the decision to change the venue just a week to the event was a technical matter which he declined to substantiate.
“I cannot comment much about this decision because technical matters were considered before changing. That’s all,†Sendyowa said.
The mini league kick off on June 7 at Kakyeka Stadium.
